Most recurring blockages are not a single object stuck in the pipe — they are years of grease, soap scum and sediment narrowing the line until anything can clog it. A plunger punches a hole through the build-up; chemical cleaners burn a channel through it. Both leave the build-up on the pipe walls, which is why the blockage returns in weeks.
We remove the build-up itself. Motorised sink machines scour local clogs in kitchen and bathroom lines, while high-pressure water jetting strips grease, sludge and sand off the full circumference of external drains and sewer runs. Where a line blocks repeatedly, our CCTV drain camera finds the reason — a sag, a root intrusion, a collapsed section — before you spend money on another temporary clear.
Simple clears are quoted as a flat call-out plus the machine time actually used. If jetting or excavation is needed, we quote before proceeding — never after. Every sewer jetting job can include a post-clear camera pass on request, so you see the pipe wall condition with your own eyes and know whether the problem is solved or merely postponed.
A camera survey costs less than the third call-out — and usually ends the cycle for good.
