Waterproofing fails at the details
Ninety percent of waterproofing failures happen at the edges: pipe penetrations, wall junctions, drain outlets and upstands — the fiddly ten percent of the surface that takes half the labour to do properly. Cut-rate jobs skim exactly there, hold through a dry season, and fail with the first serious monsoon. Our applicators are manufacturer-trained, and our warranty covers the details because we do not skip them.
Systems we install
- Torch-on bituminous membrane — the workhorse for exposed flat roofs and RC gutters. Heat-welded overlaps, mineral-finished cap sheet, up to 5-year workmanship warranty.
- Polyurethane (PU) injection — seals actively leaking cracks in basements, lift pits, tanks and slab soffits from the inside, with no excavation and minimal downtime.
- Acrylic polymer coating — seamless, UV-stable protection for pitched roofs, gutters and previously coated surfaces; excellent for maintenance recoats.
- Cementitious slurry systems — the standard for new bathrooms, kitchens and balconies before tiling, flood-tested before handover.
- Ponding and flood tests — 24–48 hour verification on completed wet areas and flat roofs, with photographic records.
Fixing leaks without demolition
Retiling a bathroom to fix a leak is sometimes necessary — and often not. Where the structure allows, PU injection or a penetrating sealer applied from the accessible side can stop water movement at a fraction of the cost and mess. We assess honestly: if injection is a gamble on your particular slab, we say so and price both options, with the trade-offs in plain language.

Every waterproofing quotation states the system, the preparation steps, the number of coats or membrane layers, and the warranty period — up to 5 years on torch-on membrane installations. Warranty terms live on your invoice, not in a verbal promise.
